Fish Masala is a simple fish preparation which can be served as a great side dish. It is fried fish sauteed in
masala gravy till completely dried up.

Tandoori Fish

Tandoori Fish, cooked in North India comes with a slight variation, the Fish is kept in the yoghurt marinade with loads of spicy and hot tandoori masala, smeared with ghee or butter and slowly cooked in the tandoor (clay oven) on sticks.

Fish Curry

Fish Chilly

Chilly fish as a dry curry can be served as a starter, it is really yummy to munch. It can also be served as accompaniments for rotis, rice, chappathis, noodles etc when you have other curries around.
